GROUP BOOKING FAQs

We prefer to receive bookings at least 7 days in advance, but please do get in touch: if we have space, we'll do our best to accommodate! Please note that weekend availability may be limited, so it's worth getting in touch as soon as possible if you would like a Saturday or Sunday booking.

For cancellations 7 days or more before your booking, you will receive your deposit back in full. If your booking is less than 7 days away, your deposit is non-refundable.

We take a standard deposit of £10 per person to secure your booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept invoice requests or purchase orders. Deposits and final payments must be made by credit card.
